Lafayette District Hike

Lauchsoheen Chapter had a district hike October 22, 2016 at Clark Park, in Fayetteville NC. The hike went very well and we had boys from a lot of units come out from Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. We had a total of 46 Cub Scouts, 11 Boy Scouts, 5 Venturers and a total of 19 Staff. We had hikers do anywhere between 1 to 10 miles. We even had a couple Eagle Scouts do the hike for fun. The staff were a great help and did plenty cheerful service. We had scouts say that “the hike was the best ever”. We as a chapter will be doing the hike every year as a district event. We look forward to doing it again next year.
